What’s your return or exchange policy?

Return or exchange any of our products, no questions asked, within 30 days of purchase. The item purchased must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging.

All return pieces will be examined by our team, and items which do not meet our return qualifications will be sent back at buyer’s cost. Please allow up to 2 weeks for all returns/exchanges to be processed. The buyer must pay for return postage for returned items and in case of an exchange, the buyer must pay for any postage charges for the exchanged item to be sent to their desired address.

Do you ship oversees and to P.O. boxes?

Yes, we’ll ship your package anywhere that can accept deliveries. At this stage, we do not accept P.O. Box deliveries.

Does your watch come with warranty?

Yes! It sure does. The Ace Watch comes with a six month warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This means that if the materials in your watch isn’t right or if the watch isn’t put together correctly, we will repair or replace it. The warranty does not cover the glass and general wear and tear.

  • Damages caused by normal wear and tear
  • Defects resulting from improper use, including any use or care not in accordance with the product instructions
  • Defects resulting from repair or alteration of the product
  • Defects resulting from improper storage, such as outdoors, or exposure to harsh elements.
  • Products that are re-sold, or in any other case where you are not the first and original owner
  • Products without receipt or proof of purchase
  • Products purchased externally to The Ace Watch Co’s official website (
  • Products that are not purchased through an authorized The Ace Watch Co retailer (online or in-store).

How do I make a warranty claim on my watch?
